CONTACT
C45 steel is a product of the iron steel industry known as structural/construction steel. The high amount of carbon that it contains increases the hardenability of steel. In this case, the hardenability of C45 steel increases in direct proportion to the amount of carbon that it contains. On the other hand, we see that the amount of carbon and its toughness are inversely proportional. This product from the iron and steel grade, also called as structural/construction steel, is currently used in many different areas.
Areas of Use of C45 Steel
Thanks to its characteristics, C45 steel is preferred in many different sectors. Particularly cars, various vehicles, construction equipment and generally all kinds of machines and devices. On the other hand, C45 steel is used in medium-stressed parts and mold sets, ensuring quite satisfactory results. Also, another area of use is the production of materials such as bolts, axles, gears and studs. C45 structural/construction steel, which is also very suitable for surface hardening, could be even the most commonly used and successful product in the iron steel industry today. C45 steel, which is recognized as a preferential option in various fields due to its reasonable tensile strength, can be supplied in cold drawn or hot rolled forms.
The scrap metal used as raw material is transformed into liquid steel by melting in electric arc furnaces. After the alloying processes necessary to transfer the liquid steel from the steel furnace to the quarry and make it suitable for the quality referred to here, it is transferred from the pot furnaces to the continuous casting machines and transformed into semi-finished steel billets. -finished with the desired dimensions from 100 * 100 mm to 200 * 200 mm. Quality control analyzes are evaluated and delivered to rolling mills for the production of semi-finished steel billets, rebar and wire rod.
Ferrous sulfate is a blue-colored dry substance with an odorless crystal structure. Ferrous sulfate contains 17-20% iron. Ferrous sulfate is a kind of iron.
Zinc, one of the most abundant mines in nature, was first discovered in India. It is the third metal that comes after aluminum and copper in non-ferrous metals. It is known to be used as an alloy and component in the casting industry. In global markets, investments are made as a remarkable commodity.
Copper, a precious metal in both industries and financial markets, is one of the oldest mines in the world. It is an indispensable metal due to its chemical properties. It is also the second most commonly used metals in the world. Since it was an economic metal, it has taken place in many areas in human life since ancient times.
